Every version, kept.

The documents governing the Vinova Lab platform. Each version is published as a separate, immutable file and is never replaced — so a contract signed two years ago still points at the text that was agreed.

The PDF is the authoritative text

Each document is published in two formats produced by the same build. The PDF is the binding text; the HTML rendering is provided for convenience and does not prevail. Orders reference a document by version and by the SHA-256 digest of its PDF, so that the text accepted by the parties remains identifiable.

Verifying a document

To confirm that a PDF you hold is the one referenced by your Order, compare its digest with the one published above:

sha256sum <file>.pdf

The digest file is published alongside each document, so the check can also be run directly:

sha256sum -c <file>.pdf.sha256

If the digests do not match, the file is not the published document. Please do not rely on it and write to legal@vinovalab.ai.
